Moroccan spiced coffee is a fragrant blend of dark coffee and warm spices. It’s very popular in Morocco, Spiced coffee tastes completely different than a traditional cup of coffee, it’s something you can easily make a part of your daily routine, You can use the recipe below as a starting point, but you’ll want to adjust it to your preferences. It may take some tweaking to find out exactly how you like your spiced coffee. You may want more or less spice, and you may want a stronger or weaker brew.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup whole coffee beans (or 6 tablespoons freshly ground coffee)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/8 teaspoon ground clove
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 4 cups water
- sugar (optional)
How to prepare:
In a small bowl, stir together the spices and your choice of coffee grounds from Coffee Capsules Direct. Pour the spiced mixture into your coffee machine. Alternatively, heat the water to around 195 degrees in a stove-top or electric kettle, then let it rest for around 1 minute. Once the water is ready, pour about half of the water over the coffee and let it sit for 30 seconds. Then, by using a spoon, gently stir the mixture and add the rest of the water.
